PARA ESTE OTOÑO, ¿QUÉ NOS RECOMIENDA HACER EN BILBAO Y BIZKAIA?
En Bizkaia, recomiendo visitar Urdaibai y en Bilbao, subir al monte Artxanda en el funicular, dar un paseo disfrutando de sus vistas y después comer en el ‘Txakoli Simon‘.
¿SU RINCÓN FAVORITO DE BILBAO/BIZKAIA Y POR QUÉ?
Mi rincón favorito es la playa de Azkorri, en Getxo . Me encanta disfrutar de sus vistas, del mar y de la calma que allí se respira.
¿QUÉ ES LO QUE MÁS LE GUSTA DE LA GENTE VIZCAÍNA?
Lo que más me gusta de la gente de Bizkaia es su autenticidad, su facilidad de palabra, y su pasión por el Athletic.
PARA QUIEN ACABA DE LLEGAR A BILBAO, ¿CÓMO LE PRESENTARÍA LA CIUDAD?
Creo que Bilbao es una ciudad llena de vida, de actividad y con ganas de acoger al que llega.
EL ÉXITO DE LAS Y LOS ACTORES VASCOS A NIVEL NACIONAL, ¿A QUÉ CREE QUE SE DEBE?
Aquí tenemos una gran industria teatral y audiovisual, lo que hace que se vaya creando una especie de ‘cantera de actores y actrices vascas’. Cuando te sale trabajo a nivel nacional, normalmente ya llevas años trabajando aquí y eso se valora muchísimo.
DE SU TRAYECTORIA PROFESIONAL (CINE, TV, TEATRO, GALAS, MUSICALES), QUE ES LO QUE MÁS LE HA MARCADO PERSONALMENTE Y PROFESIONALMENTE?
Me encanta enamorarme, encariñarme y aprender de todos y cada uno de los personajes que interpreto porque creo que cada uno de ellos aporta algo a mi persona.
Pero voy a destacar tres:
El primero es ‘Nina’ de ‘La Gaviota’ de Chejov que me hizo ganar el Premio Ercilla como Actriz Revelación. La segunda también es ‘Nina’ pero esta vez de la función ‘Yo soy Pichichi’ que la interpreto junto a mi pareja, Lander Otaola.
Y la tercera es ‘Maite Zaldúa’, mi personaje de la serie ‘Acacias 38’ de TVE que me ha hecho dar el salto a nivel Nacional y hacerme conocida a nivel internacional.

FOR THIS AUTUMN, WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND WE DO IN BILBAO AND BIZKAIA?
In Bizkaia, I recommend visiting Urdaibai and in Bilbao, climbing Mount Artxanda on the funicular railway, taking a walk to enjoy the views and then having lunch at 'Txakoli Simon'.
YOUR FAVOURITE CORNER OF BILBAO/BIZKAIA AND WHY?
My favourite corner is Azkorri beach, in Getxo. I love to enjoy its views, the sea and the calm that you can breathe there.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE PEOPLE OF BIZKAIA?
What I like most about the people of Bizkaia is their authenticity, their ability to speak, and their passion for Athletic.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE JUST ARRIVED IN BILBAO, HOW WOULD YOU PRESENT THE CITY TO THEM?
I believe that Bilbao is a city full of life, activity and a desire to welcome those who come.
WHAT DO YOU THINK THE SUCCESS OF BASQUE ACTORS AT NATIONAL LEVEL IS DUE TO?
We have a large theatre and audiovisual industry here, which is creating a kind of 'quarry of Basque actors and actresses'. When you get work at a national level, you usually have been working here for years and that is very much appreciated.
WHAT HAS MOST MARKED YOUR PROFESSIONAL CAREER (CINEMA, TV, THEATRE, GALAS, MUSICALS), BOTH PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY?
I love falling in love, getting attached to and learning from each and every one of the characters I play because I believe that each one of them brings something to my person.
But I will highlight three:
The first is 'Nina' from Chekhov's 'The Seagull' which won me the Ercilla Award for Best New Actress. The second is also 'Nina' but this time from the show 'I am Pichichi' which I play with my partner, Lander Otaola.
And the third is 'Maite Zaldúa', my character from the TVE series 'Acacias 38' which has made me jump to the national level and become known internationally.
